Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless allowed by the restaurant or delivery partner.

b. Payment Terms:

Payments must be made via the available options in the App. We are not responsible for any payment failures caused by third-party payment gateways.

c. Refunds and Cancellations:

Refund policies vary by restaurant. We facilitate refunds only when eligible and approved by the respective restaurant.

5. Delivery Policy

a. Estimated Delivery Time:

Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or restaurant preparation delays.

b. Failed Delivery:

If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the customer, no refunds will be provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee the quality or safety of food prepared by restaurants.
  • We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to external factors.
  • We are not liable for food allergies or health issues arising from consumption.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
